NORTH INDY - JUNE 2024
“The film is a coming-of-age story about truth and friendship, set in the ‘90s with a little magic and shenanigans mixed in,” says Writer/Director Rocky Walls in an article featured in the June 2024 edition of North Indy Magazine. “Visually it’s an extremely tight and intimate story that is almost exclusively captured within the walls of the laundromat.”
The laundromat is Tony Ray Laundry, located at 56th and Keystone on the northside of Indianapolis. Established in 1967, Indianapolis residents have no shortage of nostalgia for the space - many stories have emerged since the filming location was revealed late last year.
